Within the authorised full class format of 5 two and a half hour sessions you will learn how to achieve this kind of relaxation free of the resistance that fear creates, and learn to use your natural birthing instincts for a calm, peaceful and comfortable birthing. Why choose a 5 session course? Self-hypnosis and deep relaxation have been clinically proven to be very effective tools for childbirth, but using them in labour is an aquired skill which needs to be learned gradually and practiced in between sessions.
