What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy utilises the state of deep relaxation to effectively treat a wide range of problems. Hypnosis is a natural state of altered awareness in which you are able to bypass limiting, “stuck” thoughts and open your mind to beneficial suggestions. In the relaxed and comfortable state of “trance” you are able to access your creative imagination and resources to help make positive and lasting changes in your life. Hypnotherapy is useful for all mental and emotional states which produce physical symptoms. It can help with any problem or emotional suffering you may be finding hard to handle on your own, or with thoughts (or actions) you would like to eliminate or acquire .
