I am an Advanced Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, a Psychotherapist, Performance Coach, Sequent Repatterning Therapist, HypnoBirthing Practitioner, Fertility Therapist, Happiest Baby Educator and an Accredited Bereavement Counselor. I work and research internationally, both privately and on consultant’s referral at clinics and hospitals.For the past 20 years I have used and taught hypnosis and other strategies to help clients effect change and personal growth.

I am registered with BUPA , AVIVA, The Central Register of Hypnotherapy, The National Council for Hypnotherapy, The United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists and The European Association of Psychotherapy.

I practice Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Memory Reconsolidation Therapy in Hampshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire. I also teach Mindfulness and Sequent Repatterning Therapy (for Misophonia).
